Richland Chambers is a man-made wetland that is teeming with birds and wildlife. Birds such as wood storks, spoonbills, Ibis, and all sorts of ducks and water birds can be found there.
The spring and fall is great but birds are always there
To me, the highlight of the area is the two-hundred-year-old tree (which is quickly on its way to being three-hundred).
Fall, because much of the brush will be thinned, you can climb down more easily to the riverbank to walk right along the river with fewer bugs.
